FAQ

Why and how should I drink Blume?

Blume provides your good gut bacteria with the nourishment it needs.

Aussies don't get enough dietary fibre in their diets - let alone prebiotic fibre. Australian women are recommended to eat 25g of dietary fibre per day and men 30g per day.

Blume contains 6g of prebiotic fibre to help you hit your macros in a gut-loving way.

Plant diversity is key to a healthy gut microbiome and rich prebiotic sources include acacia fibre, jerusalem artichoke inulin, and chicory root inulin - all found in Blume!

We recommend serving Blume chilled any time you crave a delicious beverage. Blume is a delicious low calorie and low sugar soda to supplement your meals, an alternative to alcohol, and even as a mixer (we don't judge).

Where can I find Blume in-store?

You can find Blume at our stockists.

What are prebiotics?

Prebiotics are a type of plant fibre. However, not all dietary fibre is a prebiotic.

Prebiotics pass through our digestive tract to the large intestine where our good bacteria live.

Our good bacteria use these prebiotics as fuel to obtain the nutrients they need to thrive. They’re also fermented and broken down by our gut bacteria into beneficial compounds that support our overall health.

What are your shipping costs and estimates?

We have a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide (so grab that second flavour!).

We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days. Our delivery partners aim to deliver within 3-4 business days.

Once received, Blume is best served chilled after 12 hours in the fridge (although we know how tough it'll be to wait!).

Late and missing deliveries are unusual. Please email us at gday@drinkblume.com.au if it has been 10 business days since placing your order and we will look into it asap.

What is your returns policy?

If you're unhappy, please email gday@drinkblume.com.au

Unfortunately iff the item has been opened and consumed or you change your mind, no refund or exchange can be given.

We recommend allowing Blume to chill in the fridge for at least 12 hours before tasting.
